After placing your order, it takes us 1 to 2 business days to process your order. Orders placed after 4pm GMT +8 are processed on the next business day.

How can I edit my shipping address?
You can edit your shipping address on your Account page, or best to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to update your order before we ship it out.
Can I return my order?
Oh man really sad to hear you don’t like what you ordered ☹ Unfortunately, as we are a printed magazine, we are unable to accepts any returns. In special cases like where the magazine has arrived at your door in complete shambles, please email us at email@example.com and we can see what we can do!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal only. Through PayPal, you can pay with your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
Can I send a gift?
Oh you are too nice!! On the checkout page, please remark in the “Order Notes” section any special requests or comments.
How can I check the status of my order?
